Hi {name},
If you have two minutes, what should someone considering {business} know about your experience? Hi {name}, it is {sender} from {business}. If you would like to share feedback on {service}, here is our short form: {collection_link}. No pressure. Thank you!
Your own words are best. Publication is optional: {collection_link}
{sender}Why this works
Identifying the sender and the service makes a short message understandable.
Avoid this mistake
Use a channel the recipient has agreed to; follow applicable messaging and opt-out rules.
Replace every placeholder and choose a channel the recipient expects. ProofWall does not send these messages for you. Email notifications and automated request campaigns are not part of this version.
Keep permission separate
The collection form asks for permission to publish. Never treat a reply to a private message as permission to post their name, company or words. Disclose incentives and material connections; do not ask only for a positive rating.
