Terms of service

Effective 20 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and SupaDesign, operated by Darren Buckley, a sole trader based in Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland, who runs ProofWall: an online tool to collect customer testimonials through a hosted form, approve them, and display them on websites with an embeddable widget. By using the service you accept these terms.

Accounts

You must give a working email address and keep your sign-in links and access keys private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live.

Acceptable use

Do not use ProofWall to break the law or to harm others. In particular, you must not:

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where that is reasonable.

Free and paid plans

The free plan is free with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance in euro, monthly or yearly, by Stripe. Prices include any VAT we are required to charge. You can cancel any time from the app; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for and are then moved to the free plan. Widgets keep working after you cancel: your wall keeps showing your approved testimonials, limited to the free allowance (the 15 you pinned or most recent) with the ProofWall link back. Nothing is deleted.

Refunds. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a new subscription. Because the service starts immediately at your request, a withdrawal within 14 days is refunded pro rata for the unused part. Outside that, we do not refund partial periods, but if something went wrong on our side, email us and we will make it right.

We may change prices for the next billing period with at least 30 days' email notice.

Testimonials you collect

For testimonials collected through your wall, you are the data controller and we process them on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for displaying testimonials honestly and in line with consumer-protection law (for example the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and the US FTC Endorsement Guides). People who submit a testimonial must tick a consent box before it is saved; you can only display testimonials you have approved.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content and data you put into ProofWall. You give us the permission needed to host, process and display it only to run the service for you. You can export or delete it at any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service fast and available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features; if we remove something material from a paid plan, you may cancel and get a pro-rata refund.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period (or €50 if you are on the free plan). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breaches.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.
